Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in Warsaw, Poland.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 14:00 CET are processed the next business day.

Delivery time and cost
Courier delivery within Poland takes 2–4 business days. Shipping costs 15 zł. Delivery is free on all orders over 200 zł. The exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it. If your parcel appears lost in transit, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier.
